El programa de <strong>GIENOL 2015<\/strong> convertir\u00e0 en protagonistes a les joves generacions d\u2019investigadors, com futurs responsables, competitius i innovadors, del panorama enol\u00f2gic nacional.<\/p>\n<p>Organitzat per la Universitat Rovira i Virgili i Grups d\u2019Investigaci\u00f3 Enol\u00f2gica (Gienol), el programa del XIII Congr\u00e9s Nacional d\u2019Investigaci\u00f3 Enol\u00f2gica s\u2019ha dissenyat sobre tres eixos ben diferenciats. El primer d\u2019ells s\u00f3n les sessions cient\u00edfiques, basades en confer\u00e8ncies invitades i pon\u00e8ncies tecnol\u00f2giques sobre temes com la microbiologia, la tecnologia enol\u00f2gica, crian\u00e7a i envelliment, an\u00e0l\u00b7lisi i control de qualitat del vi, etc. El segon eix s\u00f3n les sessions enoculturals, amb cates de vins representatius del territori i visites per donar una visi\u00f3 del mateix.
