ALCOQUICK 4000
NIR Analyzer
Rapid and direct measurement of alcohol %, density, and dry extract in wines
The Alcoquick 4000 measurement system is based on an innovative, patented spectroscopic measurement procedure. This technology allows for the direct measurement of ethanol in wines by utilizing specifically selected Near-Infrared (NIR) wavelengths.
Extensive sample preparation is no longer required. An additional advantage of this method is the independence of the type of wine to be measured. This means that all wines from all regions, regardless of their differences, can be measured accurately and rapidly in less than 60 seconds using only 40 mL of sample.
The system can incorporate a high-quality ultrasonic densitometer, allowing for the simultaneous measurement of density and dry extract in addition to alcohol %.
Available in two versions: Laboratory and Portable.
